Fries Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad, Fries VA - Sponsors of Fries Fiddlers Convention, Thunder in the Park, Poker Rides, American Red Cross Bloodmobile

The Fries Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad sponsors the Fries Fiddlers Convention and various other events throughout the year.
One such event is bingo every Saturday night, held in the newly constructed community building. They also host the American Red Cross Bloodmobile with the community building as the collection site.
The community building is also available for rental for birthday parties, meetings, etc. Please call for more information.

The Fire Department & Rescue Squad also sponsors several poker rides during the year, the annual Fire Prevention Parade, Thunder in the Park, and many other interesting, entertaining, and fun events, as well as taking part in many civic and community activities.

The tireless assistance of the Fries Fire Department & Rescue Squad to those in need of help never ceases. Whether fighting fires, providing medical attention, or being involved with our community, they are the BEST!
